When you use the Jammy application on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information, such as:

  • Your unique device ID;
  • Hardware type;
  • Media access control ("MAC") address;
  • International mobile equipment identity ("IMEI");
  • The version of your operating system ("OS");
  • Your device name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your approximate location (based on your Internet Protocol ("IP") address);
  • Usage data (logs).

We may collect this information to troubleshoot, improve the Service, and understand the usage trends.

In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service.

We do not collect and store any data on the user's geolocation.
However, in order to connect your Jammy to the app and complete the setup process, you must declare location permission upon request (the app will show a pop-up notification). Location tracking is required for the Bluetooth on your phone to detect other Bluetooth devices. Once the connection is established, location tracking is no longer used and devices continue its communication via wireless signal.
Once started, the app will also automatically turn on the Bluetooth. This is necessary to perform any Bluetooth communication, such as requesting a connection, accepting a connection, and transferring data.

Mobile Analytics

We may use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your device. This software may record information, such as how often you use the application, events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded.

We may also acquire information from you through:
