Job description:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the playing experience and unique digital features of Jammy Guitar to new heights. You will work with an existing and growing community of 1500+ passionate guitar players to gather and implement user feedback with the help of experienced software and firmware engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership over Product Roadmap and core product metrics
- Acting as the “voice of customer” on issues concerning playability and sound
- Thoroughly testing playability yourself to pin-point and prioritize necessary improvements
- Improving Jammy Guitar's playability in close cooperation with the engineering team
- Working together with sound engineers on improving and developing new sound-packs
- Working closely with the Customer Success team to diagnose customer’s playability issues and communicating them to the engineering team
Experience and Skills:
- 1+ year of product management experience in consumer products
- Excellent guitar playing skills, experience with effect processors
- Computer Science or Engineering degree
- Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with DAW software and MIDI
- Experience with Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Previous experience with sound engineering is a big plus
